Yana Gupta, who is of Czech origin, started modelling at the young age of 16 and was seen in several print and video commercials. Soon after, Yana Gupta became the brand ambassador for Lakme and has walked the ramp several times being a showstopper as well.

Apart from being the brand ambassador for Lakme, Yana Gupta has also been featured on the prestigious Kingfisher Calendar, and was a Calendar girl for three consecutive years in 2003, 2004 and 2005.

Despite of being a well known face in the industry, Yana Gupta was not given the role of a lead actress in any film, and has only entertained the audiences with peppy item numbers. We can't complain, as Yana was surely one of the best dancers and all her item numbers are an eye candy.
