Bollywood has had a reputation of making 'larger than life' movies; 'Love' being the main theme in most. Here in tinsel town, love has been defined and redefined at every instance a new fresh on-screen pair is introduced. While some pairs become unforgettable legends, some just don't seem to work out at all.

Whatever the storyline is, Bollywood movies centre around a thin ray of romance hidden away somewhere, somehow. A romantic song, a simple love sequence is just enough for the pair to get noticed for their chemistry.

Apart from veterans, fresh, young, good-looking debutants have given the casting directors an amazing array of permutations and combinations to try out in terms of pairing them. Nevertheless, some creative directors of today surprise the audiences by casting off-beat, out-of-the-blue pairs breaking the monotony.
