It all happened when Kareena Kapoor was shooting for Ajnabee alongside Bobby Deol, Akshay Kumar and Bipasha Basu, and she ended up getting into an ugly spat with both Bipasha & Bobby.
What Had Irked Kareena?
Reportedly, on the sets of Ajnabee, Bobby Deol's wife helped Bipasha Basu with her wardrobe. Kareena, whose family has long been friendly with the Deols, considered Tania's act tantamount to betrayal.
But Kareena Stated Another Reason
When Kareena Kapoor was asked about the same, she told Filmfare, "Actually, there was a problem with his (Bobby Deol) wife, Tanya. She didn't behave properly with my mother. And I didn't like that."
Kareena On Her Equation With Bobby Deol
Speaking about Bobby Deol, Kareena was quoted as saying, "I haven't had a chance to meet him after Ajanabee. There was no fight between us, it was just a misunderstanding."
Kareena Also Said Bobby Was Special To Her
"To me, Bobby will always be my sister's first co-star. He was also one of my first heroes after Abhishek. I was very excited about working with him in Ajnabee. I don't know why things went wrong between us."
"You know, my sister has gone through the same thing. So many people have tried to create a rift between Lolo and Govinda and with Salman Khan. But they haven't let the loose talk affect their friendship."
But Kareena Did Admit That She Dislikes Bobby’s Wife
"I don't deny a problem with Bobby's wife. But I'm sure my problems with Bobby can be sorted out. There's no negativity from my end," Kareena said.
In The Same Interview, Kareena Took A Jibe At Bipasha
Kareena also got into a spat with Bipasha Basu and speaking of the same, she was quoted as saying, "She just doesn't seem to have any confidence in her own talent. In a four-page interview, she spoke about me for three pages. Why not talk about your work?"
She Had Further Added...
"I think her only claim to fame is that she fought with me during Ajnabee over dress designer Vikram Phadnis. She's given statements that I called hr uncharitable names. Now, that's a figment of her imagination."
