Mamta Kulkarni Scolded Salman Khan SRK: Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan have only worked in two movies together, and one of them was the superhit Karan Arjun, which was released in 1995.

The action drama film was a story about two sons who seek revenge from villain Amrish Puri, who killed their father. Salman and Shah Rukh are reincarnated in the film. Actors Mamta Kulkarni, Kajol, and Raakhee also played significant roles in the film.

But there was an amusing incident that happened during the film's shooting when Mamta Kulkarni scolded her co-stars SRK and Salman, but why? Read on!

When Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol visited the sets of Salman Khan's hosted reality show Bigg Boss, the two were seen sharing an anecdote from their film Karan Arjun and recounting how Mamta Kulkarni scolded them for not rehearsing their dance steps for Bhangra Paa Le.

In an old video, SRK is seen saying that Salman and him were dancing Mamta in one sequence, and even though the director said 'okay' for the shot, she was not convinced by it. He also said that they later rehearsed a lot for the steps and got them right while Mamta did it wrong.

Speaking in Hindi, SRK said, "Unko laga humari step badi kharab hai. Unka theek tha, humne gaana kharab kar diya. Main aur Salman khade the, Mamta ji ne humko aisa kiya *sharply whistles and makes a beckoning gesture*. Pehle toh Salman aur maine dono ne udhar dekha...humko thodi na bol rahi hogi waise."

He then added, "So, I went, aur unhone humein bohot clearly bola, 'Dekho, rehearsal karke aaya karo kyunki main step theek kar rahi hoon aur tum log bohot kharab kar rahe ho."

Karan Arjun was directed and produced by Rakesh Roshan and was a reincarnation action drama. It was a blockbuster and the second-highest-grossing film of the year after Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, which also starred Shah Rukh and Kajol in the lead.
