Yes! Rahul was a contestant in Bigg Boss 4 and he made heads turn for his association with Daood Syed Gilani aka David Coleman Headley who was charged with scouting targets for 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. But instead of his stint in Bigg Boss, Rahul made heads turn for his strained relationship with his father Mahesh Bhatt.

The fitness trainer also asserted that he participated in BB season 4 'to get the two monkeys -- Headley and my dad Mahesh Bhatt -- off my shoulders'. He emphasised that he wanted people to know him for who he is. This isn't all. In his interview with TOI, Rahul called himself a 'super-bast*rd' child' as he spoke about the filmmaker's biased approach towards his children - him, Pooja, Alia Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt..

"That's because my father Mahesh Bhatt never treated me like his own child. You know how it is. You've known me from the time I was a child fighting for my sister against Ranvir Shorey, to Bigg Boss to the book... Main kabhi bhi jhooth nahin bolta. It's the raw uncut truth about my relationship with my father. I've put it all in the book. I've exorcized my demons," Rahul was quoted saying.

He also asserted that while Mahesh never signed him up for any movie, nobody else did. "They say, ' Jab baap ko bharosa nahin bete pe to hum kyon karen?' (Why should we trust him when his own father doesn't?)," Rahul added.
