The Umaro Jaan actress has been linked to several actors in her lifetime, including Bachchan, Vinod Khanna, and Jitendar, but her relationship with her secretary Farzana has remained mysterious to date. They have both never spoken about each other publicly either.
As per Rekha's biographer, Yasser Usman, Rekha shares a mysterious and secretive relationship with her secretary, Farzana. The writer has also claimed that Farzana and Rekha are in a live-in relationship. It also mentions that only Farzana has permission to enter the actress's bedroom.
She also controls Rekha's daily life activities and keeps a tight watch on her every minute. In another shocking claim, the book mentions that Farzana was the reason behind Rekha's husband's suicide.
In fact, a popular journalist, Malavika Sanghvi, made a taunt at Rekha's love life and said: "Farzana is a perfect partner for Rekha. She is her consultant, her friend, and her supporter, and Rekha simply can't live without her".
