Shraddha Kapoor Birthday: When Shakti Kapoor Was Unhappy With Shraddha's Alleged Affair With Farhan

Actress Shraddha Kapoor, daughter of veteran Shakti Kapoor, became a household name after her breakout role in the movie Aashiqui 2, opposite Aditya Roy Kapur. She has since become one of the most sought-after actresses in the current generation. Apart from enjoying a massive fan following and having several admirers, the gorgeous diva has also been embroiled in controversies in the past. She turned 36 on Friday and has been linked with actor Farhan Akhtar in the past.

SHRADHA KAPOOR AND FARHAN AKHTRA'S ALLEGED RELATIONSHIP

Bollywood is no stranger to alleged affairs and link-up rumours. From married stars falling in with others to actors developing fondness for co-stars, the tinsel town has several such gossips floating around its walls. One such rumour was about an affair between Shraddha Kapoor and Farhan Akhtar that became a hot topic in the tabloids. Sharddha Kapoor, who had worked with Farhan in 2016's Rock On 2, was speculated to be dating the actor. As per reports, it was also said that Shraddha was living at Frahan's home.

Shraddha and Farhan were said to have developed a closeness during the shoot of the film, and there were even rumours that Shraddha had moved in with Farhan. However, this made Shakti Kapoor upset.

SHAKTI KAPOOR FORCEFULLY DRAGGED SHRADDHA OUT OF FARHAN'S HOUSE

It was reported that Shraddha's alleged live-in relationship made Shakti Kapoor angry. It was reported that Shakti and Shraddha's aunt, Padmini Kolhapure, went to Farhan's residence and forcefully dragged Shraddha out of his house. Shraddha decided to leave without causing a scene and returned home with her father.

However, none of them ever accepted all of this. In an interview, Shakti denied the rumours and told DNA, "That's total crap! It's all shit. Somebody else also called me to inform me about this, but don't believe it. It's total, total, TOTAL crap. See I have been in this industry for over 35 years now. I know what happens so we don't react to such things. It's okay".

Although the actors repeatedly denied any of these rumours, Shraddha and Farhan are quite happy with their present lives. Farhan Akhtar married his girlfriend Shibani Dandekar last year, while Shraddha is said to be single.
