Throwback: When SRK's Mother-In-Law Was Asked To Pick Her Favourite. Her Answer Will Leave You Smiling

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has been in the film industry for over 30 years. He has managed to not only become one of the highest paid actors in the country, but also build an empire for himself and his family. Shah Rukh enjoys an immense fan following both inside and outside the industry. The actor, in particular, has legions of female fans who will go to any length to catch a glimpse of him.

Known as the Badshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh rules millions of people's hearts. But there's only one woman, who has stolen his heart-his wife, Gauri Khan. They are Bollywood's most famous couple and have been dishing out couple goals since 1991. The two met at a party when they were teens, and it was love at first sight. However, SRK had to struggle to impress Gauri's parents enough to make her his wife.

However, Gauri and Shah Rukh's love was strong, and they were so determined that the former's family finally had to agree with their relationship.

Though not much is known about Gauri's mother, Savita Chibber, interestingly, we stumbled upon an old clip where Shah Rukh Khan's mother-in-law was asked if she had to pick between Gauri and SRK, with whom she would like to stay. And, we swear, Savita Chibber's answer will bring a smile to your face.

GAURI KHAN'S MOTHER ON HER FAVOURITE PERSON

Many might have forgotten by now that choreographer and filmmaker Farah Khan once hosted her own celebrity chat show on Star Plus. Back in 2009, Faah came with a show called Tere Mere Beech Mein, which premiered on August 23 and ended on October 10, 2009, after completing 13 episodes. The show was produced by Shah Rukh Khan under the name Red Chillies Idiot Box, and several Bollywood celebrities appeared on the show. They were seen revealing and telling unknown stories about their lives.

In one of the show's episodes, Shah Rukh Khan's and Gauri's family members were called. In the video clip, Farah is seen asking SRK's mother-in-law, Savita Chibber, in Hindi, "Aunty, kabhi aapko choose karna pade ki aap Gauri ke sath rahoge ya Shah Rukh ke sath?" Savita Chibber didn't even take a second to answer, and she said Shah Rukh. Well, this shows how much love and respect Shah Rukh has earned from his in-laws. Watch the video here.
