During a round in the chat show, the host Karan Johar asked Anil Kapoor to choose one woman for whom he would leave his wife. Without missing a beat, Kapoor pointed at Kangana Ranaut and took her name. Karan Johar, known for his witty retorts, responded to Kapoor's answer with a whimsical piece of advice, and told Kangana, "I think you should worry."

When Karan asked if Shilpa's lips became bigger, he said, "Itne mote mote lips ho gaye the. Now, her lips are fantastic," he concluded.
