‘He Is Expressionless’: When Kareena Kapoor Took A BRUTAL Dig At John Abraham & Refused To Work With Him

Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan is celebrating her 43rd birthday today. One of the most loved Bollywood actresses, Kareena is known for her unfiltered and sassy opinions. She made her Bollywood debut with Refusee and there has been no looking back since then.

Kareena's candidness and bold statements have often made headlines, and one of her most talked-about remarks was aimed at John Abraham during an appearance on Koffee With Karan.

Karan Johar hosted 'Koffee With Karan' has been a staple in Indian television, known for its candid conversations and juicy Bollywood gossip. During the show's second season, Kareena Kapoor's unfiltered statements about her fellow actors created quite a stir in the industry.

WHEN KAREENA KAPOOR CALLED JOHN ABRAHAM EXPRESSIONLESS

Kareena, during the episode unapologetically shared her unfiltered opinion and John Abraham as expressionless. She said, "I don't want to (work) with John Abraham because he is expressionless."

At that time, John was in a relationship with Bipasha Basu, whom Kareena had earlier referred to as Kaali Billi (black cat). Later in the same season, Bipasha appeared on the show with John, and they were asked about Kareena's comment. While John chose to maintain his silence, Bipasha couldn't hold back and said, "She (Kareena) is someone with too many expressions."

Well so much has changed since those days. Kareena Kapoor Khan is now happily married to Saif Ali Khan, John Abraham tied the knot with Priya Runchal and Bipasha has married Karan Singh Grover. While both Kareena and John have become major names in the Bollywood industry, they have yet to collaborate on a project together.

On the work-front Kareena Kapoor Khan is making her debut in the OTT world with a murder mystery based on the novel by Japanese author Keigo Higashino titled, Jaane Jaan. The film is set to premiere today, September 21 on Netflix. Jaane Jaan also features Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat in the lead.
