Following
the
trend
that
Munnabhai
M.B.B.S
started,
Indian
doctor,
Nikhil
Kaushik,
residing
in
North
Wales,
has
produced
a
film
called
Bhavishya
-
The
Future.
Kaushik
is
a
consultant
ophthalmologist
at
North
Wales'
Wrexham
Maelor
Hospital.
What
is
unique
about
this
film
is
that
is
stars
real
life
medical
students
from
Manchester
Medical
School,
as
well
as
from
India.
In addition to them, it also stars talented actor, Saeed Jaffrey. During the process of casting, Kaushik spread the word that he wanted to cast people who completely fit the bill. And so real doctors were cast. A lot of the scenes were shot at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, itself. It seems that the film is a British take on the hugely successful, Munnabhai M.B.B.S and will also tackle the theme of doctors migrating from India to UK. A romantic love story, it should hit theatres by August end.
