KANK release could be postponed

Every big banner film comes with its share of controversies. So how could Karan Johar's Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna be left behind? Film producer Biswaroop Roy Choudhary has filed a case in the Delhi High Court, saying that he had registered the title Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna, first. The case will be heard on August 21, while KANK is scheduled to release on August 11. If Roy's claims are found to be true, KANK will be taken out from theatres from August 21, till the final hearing.
