Zayed's Spanish holiday plans

Zayed Khan is having a blast in USA on the Rockstar shows.

His wife Malaika (Malli, as she's affectionately called) is with him, and like a dutiful wife has been recording all his shows.

After the shows complete their last leg in UK, Zayed plans to take his mom Zarine, dad Sanjay and wife for a holiday to Spain.

We caught up with ZK in LA, where he was having dinner with Malli...

Off to Ibiza

Apparently, they are headed for a holiday to Ibiza in Spain soon after their shows end. Zayed says, excitedly, "Yes... mom, dad, Malli and I are going for a holiday to Ibiza for a few days after the shows get over in London.

I am going to do lots of scuba diving there. It's an island in Europe. After spending three quality days in London with my family, we will head for our holiday. Dad, who will be watching my shows for the first time, is joining us in London. I am very nervous."

Malli's a Shahid fan

How's the tour been so far? Says Zayed, "It's been amazing! The response has been tremendous. It's not just the Indians but the white people have also been enjoying the shows. Hindi films are making their marks across the boundaries. We have been screamed at, bitten, scratched, kicked, punched at by the crowds. They are going crazy..."

Malaika adds, "The fans are going crazy every time they see Salman on stage." She's become a Shahid Kapur fan. "Shahid is a thrill to watch on stage. He's simply mind-blowing!" says Malaika.

'Salman's amazing'

Right now, they've completed their Canada shows and are crossing Los Angeles to go into Dallas.

"Yes, Malli is with me and right now we have having dinner at LA and I am signing autographs and clicking pictures with people I don't know.

Tomorrow I will take her for some sightseeing. Malli has been recording my shows and telling me where I screwed up and where I am doing great," Zayed laughs and adds, "The entire Rockstar team consisting of Salman, Esha, John, Kareena, Shahid, Mallika Sherawat and me, is a very balanced one with Salman leading the team. We just love him too much. He's a great leader and has been taking care of all of us. Salman is an amazing guy!"

Apparently, Zayed and Esha were the first to give out their share of money to the choreographers when Salman requested them to. "Yes, of course. Every Sunday, all of us are making sure that they get what is their rightful share. The dancers are working very hard and we have to take care of our own."
