Nandana
Sen
would
have
certainly
wanted
to
forget
a
misadventure
called
Marigold:
An
Adventure
in
India
but
she
would
be
ending
the
year
on
a
happier
note
with
her
performance
in
Strangers
coming
for
much
appreciation.
She
may
have
been
making
selective
appearances
over
the
years
(My
Wife's
Murder,
Tango
Charlie,
Black)
and
not
really
taken
seriously
by
the
big
daddies
of
Bollywood
but
the
sensual
actress
has
made
much
more
than
just
her
presence
felt
in
Strangers.
Enacting
the
complex
part
of
a
woman
who
is
seeing
her
husband
(Jimmy
Sheirgill)
drifting
away
into
a
strange
domain
with
no
earnings
or
emotional
support
to
boast,
Nandana
gives
a
good
account
of
herself
in
this
Aanand
L
Rai
debut
directorial
venture.
Required
to
demonstrate
various
traits
in
her
character
while
using
her
Western
accent
to
her
advantage,
Nandana
comes
up
with
a
convincing
act
in
this
film
which
has
started
finding
its
audience
at
select
multiplexes.
