Preeti wants small but important role

With her career lying low after Yash Raj Productions hit Mohabbatein, Preeti Jhangiani is almost out of work. Yet when offered the lead role in a Sindhi movie, the actress refused citing poor hold over the language.

Director of the film M. Harwani said: "Preeti is Sindhi, so I offered her the lead role. But she said that she is very weak in Sindhi and asked me to give her a small but important role. Hence, she is doing an item song with a small part to play in the climax." Preeti was last seen in Altaf Raja's music video. High time Preeti gives offers a try instead of giving up right at the start.
