Abhi-Ash very secretive about Ravana

After the critical and commercial success of their last venture Guru, ace director Mani Ratnam and Bollywood's favourite real life couple, Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Bachchan are back once again with Ravana (working title). Even though Mani Ratnam has never been very secretive about his projects and has always shared his thoughts with the media regarding his films, this time around there is a lot of secrecy involved, quite similar to the Yash Raj code of conduct, one feels.

Not much is known about the project and there are a lot of speculations regarding the film. Some ill–informed sources are of the view that this is a mythological film (naturally, due to the title!) and that Abhishek and Aishwarya are playing Ram and Sita. Another hilarious buzz doing the round is that Abhishek is playing Ravana, as in a few places down South and in Sri Lanka; it is Ravana who is regarded and worshipped as God!

Well, all we can say is that these are mere speculations and the truth is that Mani is really keeping his cards close to his chest. Even Abhishek's dress/get–up in Ravana is being kept a secret. When questioned about why Abhishek's Ravana look has been kept away from the media glares, wife and co–star Aishwarya Bachchan joins the fray and refuses to comment saying that she is sorry as she has been asked not to reveal anything at all.

So, all we can say is that we have to adopt a wait and watch policy here!
