Himesh
Reshammiya
seems
to
be
taking
his
career
as
an
actor
dead
seriously.
After
releasing
one
film
last
year
he's
almost
ready
with
the
new-age
version
of
the
1970s'
Rishi
Kapoor
hit
Karz.
Now
Himesh
is
all
set
to
do
his
first
full-fledged
comedy.
The
project
entitled
Gujju
Bhai
will
feature
the
singer-turned-actor
in
a
comic
Gujarati
avatar,
a
goofy
do-gooder
who
gets
into
all
sorts
of
strange
and
satirical
situations.
Satish
Kaushik
known
for
getting
the
best
comic
effect
out
of
himself
and
actors
as
varied
as
Govinda,
Anil
Kapoor
and
Sridevi,
has
been
roped
in
to
direct
Gujju
Bhai
for
the
producers
TV
18.
Satish
is
reluctant
to
talk
about
Himesh's
tryst
with
hilarity.
"Right
now
we're
focusing
on
completing
Karzzzz.
The
producers
want
to
release
it
in
October,
and
we're
working
full-throttle
ahead
to
beat
the
deadline.
The
original
songs
that
Himesh
has
created
for
the
new
Karzzzz
have
to
be
heard
to
be
believed.
As
for
his
acting
abilities,
Himesh
is
going
to
surprise
his
critics," explains
Satish
and
kept
mum
for
anything
else!
