Manyata
Dutt
is
becoming
quite
the
social
bird.
Even
though
hubby
Sanjay
has
not
been
in
town
for
over
two
weeks,
she
seems
to
have
found
enough
friends
in
the
film
industry.
A
week
before
the
release
of
Kidnap,
she
hosted
a
private
trial
for
a
select
group
of
friends.
She
followed
that
up
with
a
Mata
Ki
Chowki
at
her
home,
and
last
night,
she
held
a
party
at
their
residence,
Imperial
Heights
at
Bandra.
This
was
a
no-reason
party.
Says
the
CEO
of
Sanjay
Dutt
Productions,
Dharam
Oberoi,
"It's
the
festive
season
so
Manyata
bhabhi
had
a
joint
celebration
for
Diwali,
Eid
and
Dussehra
before
she
leaves
to
join
Sanju
in
New
Zealand.
The
red
is
for
Dussehra
while
white
is
for
Eid."
The
theme
of
the
night
was
Red
and
White.
The
who's
who
of
B-Town
and
Sanju's
close
friends
and
associates
were
present.
Maana
personally
called
and
invited
the
75
people
on
her
list.
Oberoi
reveals,
"Bhabhiji's
been
missing
Sanju
and
decided
to
have
friends
over.
She
wanted
to
have
some
fun
as
she'd
been
fasting
for
the
last
39
days
30
days
of
Ramzan
and
9
days
of
Navratri.
Bhabhiji
also
personally
invited
Sanju's
sisters
Namrata
and
Priya
along
with
their
families." Namrata
and
Priya
were
present
at
the
Mata
Ki
Chowki
too.
According
to
a
guest
invited
to
the
party,
"The
place
was
decorated
with
red
roses
and
white
orchids.
Maana
also
bought
many
red
and
white
candles
from
Tressorie,
and
spread
out
them
all
over
the
apartment.
Bunty
Walia,
Dharam
Oberoi
and
daughter
Neha
supervised
the
decorations.
Ameesha
Patel
who
was
with
Maana
for
the
last
two
days
helped
out
with
the
ambience
and
setting.
The
food
was
catered
from
Olive."
Dharam
adds,
"There
was
also
a
contest
for
the
best
red
and
white
outfit!
But
there
was
a
rule,
one
couldn't
vote
for
oneself
or
for
family.
The
party
was
spread
in
the
sitting
room,
and
the
terrace.
A
DJ
from
Bling
played
music.
Maana
wore
white
jeans
and
a
red
shirt."
