Shahrukh ditches old friend Vaswani

Shahrukh Khan ditched his old friend Vivek Vaswani and walked out of his movie Dulha Mil Gaya. This is a final nail in the coffin for Vaswani whose woes started since he signed the superstar. Shahrukh initially had not provided required dates for the shoot which caused immense delay for the producer. The movie directed by Mudassar Aziz stars Fardeen Khan and Sushmita Sen as the lead.

Shahrukh was supposed to make a special appearance in the movie and shoot a song. The shooting of the song on a cruise liner had to be cancelled after rains played havoc during the shoot. Vivek wanted more shots of SRK to make his movie stronger but King Khan refused to do more than one song as he did not have available dates.

Shahrukh and Vivek have been friends for a long time and it was Vivek who housed Shahrukh when he arrived in Mumbai from Delhi. Shahrukh was doing the movie as a goodwill gesture towards his old friend but has finally decided to call it quits after Vaswani wanted to overuse SRK for the success of his movie.
