Shahrukh turns to Vinay for help

It was way back in mid-June that we broke the news about Vinay Pathak being there with Shahrukh Khan in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, a story that was picked up by every possible source. Well, as always we bring you the latest about Vinay Pathak's character in the Aditya Chopra directed Shahrukh Khan–Anushka Sharma starrer.

As per reliable sources, Vinay Pathak essays a very important role in the film. He is Shahrukh Khan's supremely confident 'know all' friend and confidante, a sort of an 'agony uncle', whose advice SRK seeks for his problems.

In fact, Vinay's role is very critical to the Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi script. In the film, SRK plans his strategy to win the respect of his beloved, in consultation with Vinay. In a way, the whole film revolves around the SRK-Vinay interactions and the outcome of their 'brainstorming' sessions.
