Shilpa's biography is unauthorised

The so called biography of Shilpa Shetty titled Shilpa which is doing brisk business in UK is an unauthorised book. This was disclosed by the actresses' publicist Dale Bhagwagar. She also revealed that the book which has been penned by author Julie Aspinall is not based on facts and Shilpa never spoke about her life to Julie

Dale added that quotes in the biography were taken from various magazines and television interviews over the years. The book misses out many of the key moments in Shilpa's career and personal life. It hardly throws light on her initial days of struggle in Bollywood. It tries to cash in on her relationship with ex beau Akshay Kumar.

The book mainly concentrates on the happenings during Celebrity Big Brother which took Shilpa to iconic status in especially in UK and around the world. The actress is one of the most popular celebrities in UK and is seen endorsing major brands. Dale however denied that the actress is planning to publish her official biography in near future.
