Ranbir cuts ties with Sonam for Deepika

The biggest casualty of Ranbir Kapoor's affair with Deepika Padukone has been his relationship with Saawariya costar Sonam Kapoor. The two stars who had once been very close friends are not in talking terms anymore. There are rumours that the two Kapoors haven't spoken to each other for the past three months.

Sonam had tried keeping in touch with her friend but Ranbir did not answer to her calls and messages. This made Sonam upset and she cut off all ties with Ranbir. Sonam and Ranbir had been romantically linked after the release of Saawariya and the two were also seen together on many occasions. The affair however met a silent death once Ranbir started shooting in Australia with Deepika.

It is well known that Deepika Padukone is not too fond of Sonam Kapoor and had onces accused her of being just another celebrity child. Deepika who is known to be very possessive about her boyfriend is not in favour of him keeping in touch with Sonam. It is quite obvious that Ranbir doesn't want to irritate his ladylove by keeping in touch with Sonam Kapoor.
