Imran Khan, Ranbir Kapoor opt out of Zoya’s film

Imran Khan and Ranbir Kapoor won"t be seen in Zoya Akhtar"s film anymore. The two were supposed to appear together for the first time in her film, but they have backed out because they want to appear in their own production together for the first time.

At first they loved Zoya"s script, but then decided they wanted to appear together in their own film. So, Zoya has now decided on Hrithik Roshan and Abhay Deol to replace them. Meanwhile, Imran and Ranbir are thinking of a few directors who could possibly direct their film; Imtiaz Ali being one of them. Excel Entertainment will produce the film.
