Saif wants peace with Shahid Kapoor

Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor were never friends and after Kareena Kapoor broke up with Shahid and fell for Saif there was no question of friendship any more. But with his home production Love Aaj Kal having done well Saif wants to bury the hatchet with Shahid. The actor turned producer said that Love Aaj Kal had already done well and he was not competing with Shahid's Kaminey.

The Chhote Nawab praised Shahid and said he had heard only good things about Shahid from ladylove Kareena and many others. Calling Shahid as an immensely talented actor Saif added that one cannot benefit from someone else's failure. It may be recalled that Saif had angered Vishal Bhardwaj when he had claimed that Kaminey was offered to him and he had turned it down.
