Sonakshi says no to Salman

Sonakshi Sinha daughter of Bollywood actor Shatrughan Sinha who was supposed to debut opposite Salman Khan has walked out of the movie. Sonakshi was not too happy with the script and felt she would just be Salman's arm candy in the movie. The model turned actress felt she should have a more substantial role in her debut movie.

The movie was being produced by Salman's brother Arbaaz Khan and was supposed to be directed by Abhinav Kashyap. Sonakshi apparently called up Arbaaz and told him about her decision. Arbaaz tried to convince her to be a part of the movie but Sonakshi had already made up her mind. Sources close to the Khans say that Sonakshi along with her father had initially liked the script.

Meanwhile some feel Sonakshi's decision has nothing to do with the script but it is the recession which is the main culprit. The Khans are planning to shelve off this project for now as a washout at this stage might prove too costly for both Abraaz and Salman.
