Anil Kapoor bought a flat in California for son!

Apart from becoming a globetrotter, Anil Kapoor appears to be setting up base all over the US. After buying a house in Central London, the actor and his wife Sunita have now bought a house for son Harshvardhan in Orange County, California, where he is studying.

The Kapoors, like all concerned parents, felt that it would be better for Harsh to stay at home rather than in the university hostel. This will not only give him independence and a homely atmosphere but also provide ready accomodation for Anil and Sunita whenever they visit their beta.

Sharing space
A source adds, "It's a spacious sprawling 3BHK flat in a very posh area costing over a million dollars. Harsh is sharing the apartment with other students. It is close to the university he studies in." The purchase of the flat had been under wraps to avoid scrutiny from the Income Tax department.

However Anil denies having bought the place, "We have rented a flat for Harshvardhan in Orange County but have not bought it. Harsh is sharing the flat with a few friends."

Anil is currently in town completing the post-production of his next film No Problem.
