Deepika yet to get over Shahrukh

The Lafangey Parindey heroine, Deepika Padukone, still goes speechless if asked about Shahrukh Khan. Shahrukh, who starred opposite Deepika in her debut film Om Shanti Om, has played an important role in shaping her Bollywood career.

Deepika accepts that whatever she does, she can't get over Shahrukh. She says, “While Shahrukh was talking, all I did was sit quiet and listen. This always happens to me! Every time I think I'm going to meet him and I have soo much to say, then one look at him and I blankout!!"

Being the first timer in the film Om Shanti Om, Deepika played the role of Shantipriya with ease, and all the credit goes to the unit of the film and above all to King Khan, who made her feel so comfortable that, she never felt conscious about working with a superstar.

Surely, the respect and the realization of Shahrukh's more experience and knowledge in the acting field, keeps Deepika tight lipped when it comes to sharing space with Shahrukh Khan.
