Mallika Sherawat resorting to cheap publicity?

If there is one actor, who knows the trick of garnering quick publicity, it has to be Mallika Sherawat. She has been away from India for quite sometime and people have even stopped talking about her; but when she returns, everybody notices. She is not even shying away from cheap publicity – as long as it serves the purpose.

Mallika is expected to release her venoms in Hisss. The promotional photos and videos suggest that she would be seen sans any cloth in several scenes. Speculations are on if they have used a body double for the nude scenes but the actress is not in the mood to reveal the truth. It looks like she wants more publicity out of it.

Well, Hisss is all about a snake woman played by Mallika Sherawat. Anybody, who goes against the cobra is punished with death or infertility. So, the only means to keep the people alive and fertile is by worshipping the snake.

The film also promises lots of hair-raising and thrilling sequences besides glamour. Directed by Jennifer Lynch, it features actors like Divya Dutta, Irrfan Khan and Jeff Doucette besides Mallika. It is releasing today, October 22.
