Ranbir is not Sonam's kind of man

Didn't we hear of Sonam Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor sharing wonderful rapport with Ranbir Kapoor? The answer is 'yes'. And the gossip mongers even linked them before the release of their debut film Sawaariya. It was even reported that they severed their ties after Ranbir started seeing Deepika Padudone. But reality seems to be different, as Sonam said that Ranbir is not her her kind.

Sonam, who has turned all the more popular after the success of her last film I Hate Luv Storys, is adamant not to date a person from the from the film industry. “I would never date a guy who works in films like me. We would then end up discussing movies most of the time and that would get boring eventually. Also, if he works in films, he would remind me of my dad!" Indiatimes quoted Sonam as saying.

And if you think she would make an exception for Bollywood hunks like Ranbir Kapoor, Abhay Deol and Imran Khan, think again, as she said, “They are not my kind. I want someone who is intelligent and caring."

Well, Sonam shared wonderful chemistry with Ranbir in Sawaariya, Imran in I Hate Luv Storys and Abhay in her upcoming release Aisha but that's strictly in reel life. But what about director Punit Malhotra? We all know that he is also from the film industry.
