Shahrukh ropes in lucky mascot Karan for Ra.One

Everybody knows that Anubhav Sinha is directing the much-hyped superhero film Ra.One but superstitious Shahrukh Khan is not ready to wrap it up without the touch of his lucky mascot. Yes, he has roped in Karan Johar to direct a few scene.

Karan, who gave Shahrukh many hits from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai to My Name Is Khan, just couldn't say no to his buddy. He is currently in London, shooting some emotional sequences involving Shahrukh and Kareena Kapoor. However, Anubhav will take over the film direction once Karan completes his portion.

“Shahrukh is extremely close to Karan and some days back he had tweeted, inviting Karan to come and direct a couple of scenes for him. SRK wrote that Karan is his lucky mascot and that"s why he wants Karan to do it," Mumbai Mirror quoted a source as saying. “Karan left for London on Friday night and has also begun shooting from Monday. He is going to shoot for two days and after that Anubhav Sinha will once again take over as the director of the film," it added.

Well, let's wait and watch if Shahrukh and Karan repeat history with Ra.One!
