Aamir's Dhoom 3 delayed for Abhishek?

Yash Raj Films" Dhoom 3 starring Aamir Khan was scheduled to start shooting in November this year, but sources said that it will be postponed to December or January next year for Abhishek Bachchan. It is reported that the makers of the film is left with no choice but to delay Dhoom 3, as its lead actor Abhishek wants to be by his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan"s side at the time of delivery.

Abhishek has apparently requested Yash Chopra to postpone the shooting of the film, as his wife is due to delivery their first child in November. Sources said that the producer accepted the actor"s genuine request, as he needs to spend some quality time his wife and the child. He has even asked the production team to arrange new shooting schedule in consultation with Abhishek.

It may be recalled that Madhur Bhandarkar decided to drop Aishwarya from his much-hyped film Heroine after Amitabh Bachchan announced his bahu"s pregnancy. Luckily, Abhishek"s request will not affect Dhoom 3, as it is yet to take off unlike Heroine, which has already completed two weeks of shooting.
