Aamir Khan rejects Deepika Padukone's claims in Dhoom 3

Aamir Khan has reportedly rejected Deepika Padukone's claims for the female lead spot in Dhoom 3 to be produced by Yash Raj Films.

Deepika Padukone was apparently very keen on bagging the coveted spot in the Dhoom franchisee and was looking forward to be paired opposite Aamir Khan in Dhoom 3.

If sources are to be believed, Aamir Khan is a little concerned about being paired with Deepika in Dhoom 3 as her last film with Aamir"s nephew Imran Break Ke Baad, bombed at the box office. According to perfectionist Aamir Khan, that memory would still be fresh in the mind of the theatregoers. The producers too agree with Aamir Khan on the issue.

Apart from Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif was also considered for the role. However, as Katrina is already doing Ek Tha Tiger opposite Salman Khan and another film opposite Shahrukh Khan, she has absolutely no time for any other film.
