Aamir replacing Dutt in Munnabhai series

Just on the heels of the news that Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi would be kicked out of the Munnabhai series, we learn that Aamir Khan and Sharman Joshi would replace them. It is said that Aamir would play Munnabhai and Sharman would play Circuit in the next edition of Rajkumar Hirani's hit series.

Sources reveal that the idea of casting Aamir and Sharman came up during the shooting of 3 Idiots. The makers of the film want to give fresh look to the new series. Moreover, Aamir and Sharman share great chemistry onscreen. Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Rajkumar Hirani have reportedly informed Sanjay Dutt that they would do the next series without him.

Well, we don't know how Munnabhai fans will react if Vinod and Rajkumar go ahead with their alleged plan. We all know Sanjay Dutt's fans fondly call him Munnabhai after his character name in Munnabhai series. They will be disappointed for sure!
