Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to deliver today?

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has still not delivered. Amitabh Bachchan's recent post on twitter says that there is still no news from Aishwarya. Ash is due to deliver any time, and so it could be today as well, though one cannot say for sure.

In his most recent tweet, Amitabh Bachchan wrote, “and as i write, there is still no news from Aishwarya .. your wishes and prayers with us ... thank you."

If sources are to be believed, Aishwarya was taken to the labour room on Tuesday evening. The doctors had apparently induced labour as they hope it would be a normal delivery. However, neither the Bachchans nor the hospital confirmed this. The Bachchans have apparently instructed the hospital against announcing the birth of the baby as the family wants to announce the birth of Junior Bachchan themselves.

Meanwhile, the bookies are worried too! They have apparently bet Rs 150 crore on when Aishwarya-Abhishek's baby would be born. Though the favourite date of most bookies was 11.11.11, another date that was the second choice of many bookies was Children's Day, 14/11/11. As Aishwarya hasn't delivered on any of those dates, the question still looms....when will the Bachchan bahu deliver?

Sources have informed a leading newspaper a few days back that Aishwarya Rai will deliver on November 17 at noon.

Hmmm... it seems like Baby B has decided to keep the Bachchan family and the country waiting! Meanwhile, the country waits yet another day, hoping that the 'grand' arrival would be today!
