Kareena postpones birthday bash due to Saif's dad's ill health!

Actress Kareena Kapoor, who is turning 31st today, has reportedly postponed her birthday celebrations to a latest date due to her boyfriend Saif Ali Khan's father Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi's ill health. Reports suggest that the Bollywood star will shoot for a brand commercial and will spend remaining time with her family.

Kareena Kapoor has two big reasons for celebration like birthday and Bodyguard success and her family was reportedly making elaborate plans for it. But now, sources claim that Kareena and Saif Ali Khan are very much concerned about his father's health. They are only hoping for his full recovery and at present, they are in no mood to party.

However, Kareena Kapoor hooked up with Saif Ali Khan soon after she broke up with Shahid Kapoor. The Bollywood celeb is all set to marry the actor in 2012. Her marriage, which is said to be biggest celebrity wedding after Aishwarya and Abhishek, is expected to take place after the release of the movie Agent Vinod.
