Prateik Babbar refuses to smooch Kalki Koechlin

We recently reported how Prateik Babbar was reluctant to drop his pants for a scene in UTV Motion Pictures and Sanjay Leela Bhansali's My Friend Pinto. The latest that we hear is that Prateik has refused to smooch Kalki Koechlin on screen.

Two scenes in My Friend Pinto apparently required Prateik to kiss Kalki. Though Kalki was comfortable locking lips with the young actor, it was Prateik Babbar who expressed his discomfort and shied away.

If sources are to be believed, debutant director Raaghav Dar wanted the two to smooch each other rather than the usual peck to give the scene a more passionate look.

However, when Raaghav Dar was quizzed, the director denied of any kissing scene planned between the lead actors. Raaghav clarified saying that Prateik has only kissed Kalki Koechlin on her cheek in My Friend Pinto.

Well, whatever be the fact, we hope that Prateik sheds off all inhibitions that he might have and move steadfast in his career, in Bollywood. Prateik, what about a session or two with Bollywood's serial kisser Emraan Hashmi?
