Bollywood
actor
Salman
Khan
is
not
happy
with
the
way
a
music
channel
is
spreading
negative
report
about
his
much-hyped
film
'Ready'
even
before
its
release.
The
trade
analysis
carried
out
by
the
channel
questioned
the
market
viability
of
the
film
starring
Salman
and
Asin
Thottumkal.
It
is
said
that
Salman
is
upset
because
the
channel
raised
questions
like
–''
Will
'Ready'
meet
the
expectations?
Has
the
price
of
the
film
been
exaggerated
to
earn
more
profits?''
The
report
traced
Bhushan
Kumar's
record
in
the
recent
past
as
a
producer,
quoting
the
failure
of
its
films
like'
Karzzz',
'Kajra
Re'
and
'Patiala
House'.
The
channel
also
expressed
its
doubts
on
'Ready'
following
the
failure
of
'London
Dreams',
which
also
featured
Salman
and
Asin.
“We
had
taken
this
channel
to
Court
and
they
had
to
pay
us
a
fine.
Despite
that
they
continued
to
flout
rules,
we
again
took
legal
action
against
them,
the
matter
is
freshly
coming
up
for
a
hearing
soon",
quoted
Ajay
Kapoor,
Director
,
T-Series.
“We
have
stopped
giving
them
software
of
all
our
songs.
It"s
their
loss," he
added.
However,
Business
Head
of
the
channel
Anurag
Bedi
has
a
different
view
all
together.
“Pray,
why
is
Bhushan
upset
if
he
has
already
sold
'Ready'?
The
distributors
who
have
bought
the
film
should
be
worried.
Whatever
we
have
stated
in
our
trade
analysis
of
'Ready'
is
purely
factual.
T-Series
has
not
done
well
as
a
producer
on
the
films
which
we
have
mentioned,
how
can
that
be
disputed
when
we
are
also
showing
the
facts
and
figures
supporting
our
report?" he
asked.
Ajay
Kapoor,
however,
feels
that
it
doesn't
make
sense
to
speculate
on
the
fate
of
a
film
months
before
its
release.
He
added
that
Salman
is
not
happy
with
the
negative
publicity!
