Salman irks Dutt by offering father's role

Salman Khan might not have dreamt in his wildest dreams that his friend Sanjay Dutt would lost his cool when he offered him father's role. But the unexpected happened. Dutt, who still dons hero role, got angry when Salman asked him to play the role of his father in Bodyguard.

It was speculated that Jackie Shroff would play Salman's dad in Bodyguard but it was not true. Salman wants a macho to play his father. So, Dutt fits the bill. However, Dutt apparently got angry when Salman offered him the role at Manyata's birthday party last week.

Sources said that Salman was adamant on casting Dutt as his on screen dad, as he wants someone he looks up to in real life to play the role. However, his dream is unlikely to be fulfilled if the latest development is any indication!
