Shahid Kapoor pitted against Ajay Devgn

We may soon witness an unlikely clash in Bollywood. Actors Shahid Kapoor and Ajay Devgn have been pitted against each other, as their respective films Mausam and Singham are scheduled for release on the same date.

Filmmaker Rohit Shetty has announced July 22 as the release date of Singham, which features Ajay and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles. Pankaj Kapur too has reportedly decided to release his film Mausam, starring Shahid and Sonam Kapoor, on the same day.

It is said that Shahid has requested Ajay to change the release date of Singham, but Rohit Shetty is adamant on releasing it as scheduled because they announced the release date much before Mausam makers did. Now, it looks like the clash is inevitable!
