Shahid's Mausam gives way to Singham

Shahid Kapoor's much-hyped film, Mausam, was scheduled for release on July 22, but the latest we hear is that it has been postponed to September 9 to avoid clash with Ajay Devgn's Singham, which is scheduled for release on the same date. That means Mausam will now compete with Rockstar and Mere Brother Ki Dulhan at the box office.

Sources said that post production work of Mausam is currently in progress. It's first promo will be released on June 24 with Double Dhamaal and the second promo on July 15 with Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. It will fight out at the box office with Rockstar starring Ranbir Kapoor and Nargis Fakhri and Mere Brother Ki Dulhan featuring Imran Khan and Katrina Kaif.

It looks like Shahid is ready to take on Ranbir and Imran.
