Shahrukh given king's treatment at IIFA

By Raymond Ronamai

Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan lives his title 'King Khan' literally – at least during his recent stay in Toronto for the International Indian Film Festival (IIFA) Awards. It is said that he was given special treatment by the organisers of the event – including special hotel suite and security guards.

“He was given the best suite and there was special staff posted for him both for the awards and the hotel. Shahrukh had also flown in with his own staff and they were all lodged along with him," DNA quoted a source as saying. “There was no brief for them, except to 'standby and wait for anything that he wants". Khan briefly had some problem with the taps in his bathroom (he later said that he got confused between the hot and cold water taps in the shower) but overall he seemed to have enjoyed the stay," added the source.

Even the entire business section of the flight was reportedly condoned off when the King Khan about to leave the venue. “The entire area was sealed off for him and his staff. When he was coming here, there was only Dharmendra (actor) with him. But he left alone after a brief meeting with Priyanka (actress Priyanka Chopra)," added the source.

Well, Shahrukh is not called Bollywood Baadshah for nothing!
