Shilpa Shetty expecting her first child

Rajasthan Royals is out of IPL4 but its owners Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty are beaming with happiness. The reason being, Shilpa is expecting her first child. The couple, who tied the knot on November 22, 2009, is ready to welcome a new member to the family.

Sources said that the Kundras and the Shettys are extremely happy on learning that Shilpa is pregnant with her first child. It added that the couple has informed only the close family members and friends. They are planning to announce the happy news to the public a bit later but someone has let the cat out of the bag.

It may be recalled that Shilpa had said soon after marriage that she was desperate to start a family. She added that she wanted at least two children. However, Raj Kundra has a four-year-old daughter from his first marriage to Kavita.
