Yana Gupta takes up what Bipasha, Mallika reject

Bollywood's item girl Yana Gupta, who made the guys feel weak in the knees with her sizzling performance in “Babuji Zara Dheere Chalo", is back doing what she does best. The makers of Murder 2 have roped her in to add glamour quotient to the film.

It is said that producers Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt approached Bipasha Basu for the item number, which is a remixed version of the song “Laila Main Laila", but the actress turned the offer down. Then they approached Mallika Sherawat, who played the female lead in the original, but she also refused. So, the makers of the film finally chose Yana to do the item song.

Murder 2 is a sequel to the hit film Murder. It features Emraan Hashmi and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead roles and Mohit Suri directs it.
