Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek, Amitabh Bachchan boycott UTV?

Ever since Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was replaced by Kareena Kapoor in UTV-Madhur Bhadarkar's film Heroine, none of the Bachchans' have signed any UTV film.

Writer-producer Nikhil Advani and director Sudhir Mishra, along with UTV had approached Amitabh Bachchan for their forthcoming film Mehrunissa. The script of the film was written with Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor in mind. Though Rishi Kapoor agreed to do the film, Amitabh Bachchan did not give his approval. It was only when Advani and Mishra gave up their alliance with UTV that Big B decided to be part of the film Mehrunissa.

Abhishek Bachchan too in the past had refused to do Raj Kumar Gupta's Ghanchakkar produced by UTV.

Though Aishwarya Rai had a huge problem with UTV, neither Abhishek Bachchan nor Amitabh Bachchan has refrained from working for any production house. However, facts reveal that the entire Bachchan family have so far avoided working in UTV ventures.
