get
into
the
shoes
of
Malayalam
actor
Mammootty.
The
Bollywood
star
will
be
seen
playing
Mammooka's
role
in
the
Hindi
remake
of
Pokkiri
Raja,
which
is
to
be
titled
either
Naam
Hai
Boss
or
Boss.
Interestingly,
he
will
have
no
leading
lady
to
romance
on
screen
in
his
upcoming
film.
It
will
film
sans
heroine
for
the
first
time
in
his
21-year
long
acting
career.
The
makers
of
Naam
Hai
Boss
will
commence
its
shooting
in
August
or
September
and
it
will
release
next
year.
A
sources
from
its
production
team
told
PTI,
"It
is
for
the
first
time
that
there
will
be
no
heroine
opposite
Akshay
Kumar
in
the
film.
He
is
playing
the
role
of
Mammooty.
But
there
will
be
two
young
newcomers
-
one
hero
and
heroine."
Pokkiri
Raja,
which
was
released
in
May,
2012,
has
become
one
of
the
highest
grossing
movie
in
Mollywood.
The
Vyshakh
directed
film
starred
Mammooty,
Prithviraj
and
Shriya
Sharan
in
the
leads.
Now,
its
Hindi
version
will
be
directed
by
Blue
fame
Anthony
D'Souza.
Actor
Mithun
Chakraborty
has
also
been
roped
in
for
the
project.
The
writers
of
the
Hindi
version,
Sajid-Farhad
are
all
charged
up
for
the
project.
Talking
to
PTI,
Sajid-Farhad
said,
"We
are
writing
the
screenplay
and
dialogues
for
this
film.
The
basic
plot...soul
of
this
movie
remains
more
or
less
same.
But
we
will
definitely
make
a
lot
of
changes
considering
the
presence
of
Akshay
and
the
audience."
