Deepika Padukone dumped Race 2 for ex-beau Ranbir Kapoor?

Actress Deepika Padukone is currently in deep turmoil, as she got it hard from producer Ramesh Taurani who is in no mood to forgive the actress for her dumping act. Though Deepika has her own part of story to narrate about her decision to opt out of Race 2, few gossips still disturb us. The buzz is on that Deepika actually left Race 2 to work with her ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor in Yeh Jawani Hai Diwani.

Deepika had committed for both Race 2 and Yeh Jawaani Hai Diwani. A leading daily's reports reveal that Race 2 was supposed to start in November 2011 and end in February 2012. This schedule was made only for Deepika, but she never adjusted her dates. In fact, the Race 2 team, in order to make it easier for the actress, pushed the film's date so that she could also do Ranbir's movie.

But finally for some unconfirmed reason Ms Padukone left Race 2. Deepika from the very beginning was eager to work in the Karan Johar camp, that too opposite her ex-love Ranbir Kapoor. So did Dippy really dump Taurani for Ranbir?
