Mallika
Sherawat
seems
to
be
going
through
rough
times!
Earlier
this
year,
filmmaker
Priyadarshan
insisted
that
her
item
number
be
dropped
from
Tezz,
and
now
the
actress
has
been
removed
from
the
Sachiin
Joshi
starrer
Mumbai
Mirror,
directed
by
Ankush
Bhatt.
Apparently,
the
production
team
of
Mumbai
Mirror
was
so
cheesed
with
Mallika's
unprofessional
ways
that
they
thought
it
best
to
do
away
with
her
altogether
from
the
film.
It
is
said
that
after
agreeing
to
do
the
movie
for
a
certain
amount,
just
when
the
shooting
was
about
to
begin,
Mallika
unexpectedly
decided
to
hike
her
price.
She
is
said
to
have
suddenly
started
dilly-dallying
from
allotting
dates
to
the
movie's
first
schedule
after
everything
was
planned
by
the
unit.
This
irked
the
makers
who
decided
they
did
not
want
to
tolerate
her
tantrums.
"Mallika
thought
she
could
extract
more
monies
by
holding
up
the
shoot
last
minute
by
not
allotting
dates.
But
this
is
blackmail.
If
she
could
do
such
a
thing
even
before
the
movie
rolled,
she
could
have
done
it
again," says
a
unit
source.
"If
she
demanded
more
monies
mid-way,
it
would
have
been
very
difficult
for
us
to
replace
her
then.
So
the
best
way
to
tackle
such
unprofessional
behaviour
seemed
to
make
do
with
her," the
source
added.
We
tried
contacting
Sachiin
Joshi's
publicist
Dale
Bhagwagar
about
this,
but
he
remained
unavailable
for
comment.
At
the
hindsight,
it
seems
this
will
again
be
Mallika's
loss
all
the
way.
Because
reports
have
it
that
a
new
dusky
damsel
called
Gihana
Khan
has
already
signed
on
the
dotted
line.
