Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor didn't come together on Indian Idol because of Priyanka Chopra?

The makers of the music reality show Indian Idol wanted cousins Kareena Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor to come together to promote their respective movies (Heroine and Barfi) on the show. But it couldn’t happen, thanks to Priyanka Chopra.

It is said that it did not happen because of Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra's fight and infamous war of words on Karan Johar's TV show Koffee With Karan.

A source told a leading daily, "In the context of the Kapoor family being a part of Bollywood since the last 80 years, it's sad that Kareena and her cousin Ranbir have never appeared together on the stage ever. The makers of the show wanted to make this possible. Apparently at the last minute, it was decided that it could not go as planned."

The source further added, "Everyone realised that it would not be possible to get Kareena and Ranbir's co-star Priyanka Chopra on the same stage. That's why Ranbir shot his portions on Friday whereas Kareena went live on the show."

It seems that our Bollywood actresses believe in only one thing - Once an enemy always an enemy!
