Vidya Balan competes with Shahrukh Khan

Actress Vidya Balan is supposedly following the footsteps of her dream man Shahrukh Khan, who has been appointed as West Bengal's brand ambassador. Vidya has a close-connection with Kolkata since her first movie Parineeta till the latest Kahaani. Reports suggest that the actress might turn as the new brand ambassador of the city and its metro rail.

Vidya, though a non-bengali, but she is in complete love with Kolkata and the bengali culture. She played the role of a bengali girl in her debut film Parineeta. Her latest film Kahaani is yet again based completely on Kolkata's culture and the famous festival Durga puja. She has often declared her love for the art, culture and food of the city.

On the other hand, the Badshaah Shahrukh Khan is another celebrity, who confesses his love for Kolkata. SRK also claimed earlier that West Bengal is his second home. But now when Vidya Balan has become a household name in Kolkata, we guess what SRK has to say on this.
