Zarine Khan refuses to do an item song with Vivek Oberoi for Salman Khan

Zarine Khan, who had earlier agreed upon doing an item song in Sanjay Dutt's Zilla Ghaziabad, later turned down the offer when she heard that Vivek Oberoi would also feature in the song. Zarine, apparently did not want to upset her mentor Salman Khan.

According to a leading newspaper, Zarine Khan sent out feelers stating that she wanted to do item songs since she needed the money to buy a house. When good friend Maanyata Dutt got to know about this, she requested her hubby Sanjay Dutt to get her an item song in his upcoming film Zilla Ghaziabad. Sanjay Dutt's business manager Dharam Oberoi even managed to get her a fee of Rs 30 lakh for the item song titled 'Main Chamiya No 1'. Zarine Khan reportedly loved the song and agreed to do it happily.

However, Zarine later got to know that Vivek Oberoi will also be featured in the song. Since she was afraid that she would upset Salman Khan if she did a song with Vivek, the actress turned down the offer.

It is being said that Salman Khan is still unhappy with Vivek Oberoi for having called a press conference against him nine years ago.
